FC 19 - post GENCON - Dragon Problem?
How can I put a twist on the GENCON lucy-lou daddy story? Shame for Orion to miss that, will seem more like Natalies Character relationship. hmmm?

If they head south, they should run into some resistance form the black army, scouts or an end around, which they can squash with the knights, or just watch them.

FC 17
Baron is accepting of Ariel - after plots stymied
then the princess
has a favor to ask them - will they go fetch some herbs she's been reading about?
it's an owlberry, protected by owlbears, in a swamp controlled by snaketaurs. Lead by a Shamanistic leader that makes them swear in blood on the swamp to return within a year either with a replacement guardian or to be the guardian. Ken does not swear. Thayer bluffs that they do not know who that person(ken) was that was attacking the guards, That guard would recognise Ken again if he shows himself, and maybe either of the 2 other guards might have seen him.
Most of the guards did not see him at all.

Stables - Horse whisperer, Targus, possible loyal to EU, distrusts Lady Ariel bc she always wanted to get out of taking care of her horse as a youngster.
wants a day off, horese exercised, or a tough one broken.
How to pin the plan on someone else?

What else could be missing? EU could just claim something is missing (battle plans or maps or ?)

FC 15 planning
It's night, Leaflo has slipped away to investigate the 'little' black book.
Overhead is a scaley, batwinged bloodhound just over the treetops. with a goblin rider.
Leaflo gets a will save to read or not.
If he reads, the activates the first spell, summoning a zombie. bear.
It moves slowly, makes low grumbling noises.
if he attacks, if defends itself - 4D (+4 DR5 bashing, 15hp, AC 15)
if he sits still, it will approach, try to get behind him and sniff him.
if he runs, it follows him.
Next night - they get attacked by, zombies, and militia, get to escape in the confusion.

FC 1/28/2011 draft

See if/who grabs the staff
See if they need reminder about the scroll
Remind of visual’s pointy crenellations (teeth)
Rescue her!
Turning rules
Too many zombies
Foreshadow opponents via zombies vs goblins
Once back on far side of river
Camp is in disarray, all packing up or standing guard
Baron Elsmire her Uncle has taken charge – as she would expect
Tells her to pack her gear an be ready to move out
She protests that she will remain active, he dismisses her
Watchful pc’s will see him chatting with a compatriot immediately after
She returns to her tent, furious
If the PC’s don’t follow / monitor her – Sarge will assign them to it

Soon after a group of ruffian’s try to get into her tent.
The PC’s are free to stop them outside
If they don’t they’ll see her get carted off.
They better follow
Once they have her, she realizes she cannot stay and runs
They must follow and protect her!
First stop – a road house,
n Looks like Lou’s downstairs – posts, bar, tables, add a back door
She won’t be able to act like a commoner – expecting rooms and service
Let them try to stop her
Spot checks / diplomacy / social skills will help them notice folks watching them and heading out …
They get attacked in the bar right away – local militia
If the PC’s don’t come up with anything, the zombies attack!
Second stop – next day on the road
Evil flying PTerodacdyls over head
Hide!
If they don’t it comes down and eats a pack animal, the one with all her extra stuff! (horror)
Next night – in the wild
??? Zombies / worms / wolfducks / goblins / local ruffians
need a cool night time monster, just a few, make it more interesting
Morning - outside the castle
Chase! As they near the castle their pursuers approach (riding checks!)

Last stop – scene inside castle
