it's a widget hunt
one old "red dragon" is searching for an object lost some years ago. He is researching a certain "Crimson Cranium" who had a history in this area during the war. He left behind an artifact of minor power but major repercussions. He will be seen on the beach, wandering downtown, in the alps, at the dig, etc. In each case his power will reflect that of the PC (tp, fire, flight, affinity for gems, god like spells, moving quickly)
